Brian Orr is a commercial advisor with Bingham Commercial Real Estate in Dade City, a brokerage with more than 40 years in the Tampa Bay market. He works throughout greater Tampa Bay, with hyperlocal depth in Dade City, Zephyrhills, and San Antonio.
Brian holds a graduate certificate in commercial real estate from Cornell University and is pursuing the CCIM designation. He sits on the Dade City Planning Board and is founding president of the BNI Main Street chapter. He mentors a University of South Florida entrepreneurship student each semester.
He has owned and operated businesses in hospitality, talent management, and youth athletics, with business conducted across more than a dozen countries. Before that he served with the FDNY and held Series 7 and 66 licenses on a wealth advisory team. He and his wife have three children. Faith comes first.
