Connie Dove, Dove Property Advisors, specializes in providing quality, affordable facilities for charter schools, churches and nonprofits. Connie, a school administrator for over 30 years, is the former Chief Operating Officer for The ASK Academy (14 years) and former head of charter schools for Albuquerque Public Schools (37 schools at the time).  She is also a frequent presenter at the New Mexico Public Charter Schools annual conferences and consultant for the NM Public Education Department.

Connie handles all necessary approvals through the schools board(s) and legal counsel, authorizer, the Public Schools Facilities Authority and the Public Education Departments. Her knowledge of Statewide Adequacy Standards, Charter Variances, Educational-occupancy requirements and zoning, as well as her experience working with state and local authorities, make transactions work smoothly to a successful completion for both new and experienced clients.  Connie has completed more than 30 educational facilities in NM.

Connie was the proud recipient of the 2023 CoStar Impact Award, Lease of the Year and the 2024 CCIM Deal of the Year.  She has recently opened a second location in Florida and looks forward to serving schools, churches and nonprofits in the sunshine state.
