Born and raised in the City of Chicago, Jack Bataoel's entrepreneurial journey began with at a young age of 18. After attending Lincoln College and Illinois State University, Jack delved into the world of business ownership, setting the stage for a remarkable career that would spans over two decades.

A Trail of Successful Ventures: 

Throughout the years, Jack fearlessly pursued various ventures, leaving his mark on diverse industries. From owning a successful Painting Company that beautified both residential and commercial spaces to owning a thriving Nightclub that brought life to the city's nightlife, Jack's versatility and business acumen were evident. His repertoire expanded further with ventures like a Property Management, Residential Home Flipping, Landscaping, Dry Cleaners, General Contracting Firm, Real Estate Investor of over 120 Doors, and Real Estate Sales Teams in Illinois, Arizona and Florida.

The Real Estate Trailblazer: 

In 2006, Jack achieved one of his long-cherished dreams by acquiring his real estate license. Eager to make an impact, he plunged into the real estate world headfirst, and as his success surged, he took a monumental step in 2008, forming a team to better serve his ever-growing clientele. Recognizing the need for personal and professional growth, Jack led his team to join forces with KW Commercial in 2014, where the company culture and emphasis on agent education resonated with him deeply.

Building a Real Estate Empire: 

Today, Jack heads the Bata Commercial Group at KW Commercial, a thriving enterprise that collaborates closely with offices in prominent Florida cities like Tampa, St. Petersburg, Clearwater, and Sarasota. Jack is also a Commercial Director for KW Commercial in the Tampa Bay region where he helps mentor and educate inspiring and seasoned Commercial REALTORS. His passion for the real estate industry and the opportunities it brings to his mentees, team and clients is unparalleled.

An Expert in Real Estate Transactions: 

With a wealth of experience under his belt, Jack has garnered expertise in various realms of commercial real estate. From sales and leasing across all sectors to managing multi-million dollar transactions, his skill set extends to creative seller financing, asset management, short sales, land, community development, economic and urban development, multi-family investments, and Government Services. His proficiency also spans business brokerage, involving multi-million revenue sales in various sectors like gas stations, liquor stores, and restaurant/bars/nightclubs.

A Commitment to Community: 

Jack's passion for uplifting communities is evident through his involvement in various civic organizations. Serving on the Board of Directors for the Dunedin Cares Food Pantry(CURRENT TERM), Downtown Dunedin Merchants Association - President, and Visit Dunedin, Jack is dedicated to fostering growth and prosperity at a local level. His past Illinois contributions as President for the West Bloomington Revitalization Project, Home Builders Association Board of Directors, Friends Council for GLT at Illinois State University, Liquor Commissioner, and other roles demonstrate his commitment to community development prior to relocating full time to Florida.

Family, Aspiration, and Giving Back: 

Outside his successful career, Jack cherishes his family deeply. He is happily married to Beth, a prior Art Teach, currently a Residential REALTOR, and together, they are blessed with two children, Zack and Marion, along with two beloved pets: Dogs - Ernie and Vinnie, Hens - Britney, Beyonce, Skidsy, and Lucy.

Driven by a purpose beyond profit, Jack is passionate about empowering others to achieve their dreams. He relishes opportunities to inspire and mentor young professionals and accomplished executives alike.

As a man with a vision, Jack aspires to create twenty other millionaires, sharing the fruits of success with those around him. His ultimate dream is to establish a non-profit brick-and-mortar initiative that nurtures children in the areas of Music, Arts, and Sports across major cities where he conducts business.
